Financial Management

While we as clinicians are well trained to take care of our patients, we are often out of our depth when it comes to books of accounts and financial management. PHS offers an outsource solution to take care of all your financial management needs. We take every effort to ensure that you remain in full control of your practice, through:

  • Providing monthly management reports to the practice owner/s
  • Providing custom reports as required by the practice owner/s
  • Assisting with the interpretation of monthly financials
  • Facilitating the use of these reports to empower decision making

You will receive monthly books of accounts and accounting reports by the 15th of the following month, ensuring that your financial interpretation of the status of your business is in real time, allowing you to respond accordingly.

We also assist the practice in ensuring full legislative compliance, including:

  • SARS
    • Company tax
    • VAT
    • PAYE, UIF and SDL (together with the HR & Payroll module)
  • Compensation for Occupational Injury and Disease Act – employee insurance
  • Malpractice and public liability insurance
